Overview of Companies: The Pwc, Price water house Coopers is a multinational professional services network headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the largest professional services firm in the world, and is one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG.  Its headquarter is located at States. It is founded in 1988 by a merger between Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse. Later it became price water house coopers. Price water house Coopers provides assurance, tax and advisory services to clients in 158 countries. They provide services for individuals as well as organisations. The chairman of pwc network of India was Deepak Kapoor. Deepak Kapoor was new CEO of pwc network, before he was working in the KPMG India. He became chairman in 2001.

Benefits for employees:  Pwc encourages open culture that is whatever the idea you can share with manager he supports the idea this had mentioned in one of comments. She also says that at the beginning of your carrier you will meet the clients and involved in the business development programmes. It also builds your problem solving skills.

 Corporate social responsibility held in the company: Company says that their vision is to build a trust in society and solve important problems. They provide services in business to build trust and create value in society.

My opinion about the company: According to Forbes it is listed among top ten financial services offered companies .In 2013 the company ranked 3.6 ratings and in 2012,3.7.They are the leading professional service providers. Even it list top in the rankings looks like Indian workers are not satisfied with the working conditions. A comment of people shows more of cons then pros. The people who had worked before say that there will be work load and pay would be less. They have suggests those who are interested in travelling for them it is good job. The company does not provided more data about CSR programmes so it difficult to know more about the company. As it provides good services to organisation it became top company.
