Even it list top in the rankings looks like Indian workers are not satisfied with the working conditions. A comment of people shows more of cons then pros. The people who had worked before say that there will be work load and pay would be less. They have suggests those who are interested in travelling for them it is good job. The company does not provided more data about CSR programmes so it difficult to know more about the company. As it provides good services to organisation it became top company.

Today, the corporate world becomes interesting to the youth of present generation.It creates complications to understand. The corporate world is different from academics. The freshers must know few facts before entering into corporate world. To understand the corporate culture , the companies expectation of what makes good employees matters lot. Even who has past experience of 30 years sometimes does mistake and thrown out of the job. In this world relationships develop only to grow the profit figures of the company. So he or she must be competent in the job. He or she must never forget the relationships in business. In business, friends must be treated as colleagues. The relationships must be kept outside the companies. The Corporate world is not only competitive spirit between the companies but also affects between employees. He or she must understand the politics is corporate life and after sometimes, you learn to deal with it. There will be obstacles choose between work or friendship, but you must know to handle it. Team work is a important in organisations. Unity must show in work, dedication towards work, hard works are the organisation cultures which you have to understand to achieve success. Everything in organisation matters dressing, how you stand, how you speak. You must to speak politely. Communication is important where you must know how to express the things properly. If you want to succeed in a corporate environment, you have to communicate with people. You must be creative in your thinking. The most important thing is you must know how to deal a situation without being hyper. For the reputation people will do anything, they start politics in place of work and back stabbing where they can’t see you stepping forward. Most of them say corporations exist to make money and hired you to help them to make money. Good morning, my name is shalini. Basically, I’m from sagar it is in shimoga district, presently I’m in Mangalore. My childhood days were more filled with traveling than sticking to one place for long. I studied first and second standard in  Assam. Later I was shifted to Sagar for three years till my 5th standard.Again came to my birth place Mangalore, its been nine years coming to Mangalore. Coming to my nature, I’m a kind of girl who is shy to talk for the first time. My attitude is straight if I want to say something I will say straight on their face it might be good and sometimes it may go bad I know to handle a situation so it will go fine. I mingle with people very easily and adjust all situations.

Good morning, I’m shalini.I did my schooling in Bharathi English medium school  and college in Govinda Dasa college .During my childhood days I participated actively in all competitions’ remember a incident, when I was in 1st standard a competition was conducted by the school. A competition was about charity purpose. It was during the time when Gujarat was filled with the flood so whoever collects more fund they are provided with the certificate and I got 1st place in that competition I proud for helping someone.During my childhood days, I was good at sports, dance and all other extracurricular activities. But later after coming to PU and Degree I stopped all my extracurricular actives because they themselves made a group and only selected participant use to play so we would not get that chance in degree days. But now I feel I got my freedom back. I started again to participate in all the activities because of JKSHIM. Jkshim provided me an opportunity to participate and be active and lose all your tension. Jkshim had thought me so much and completely it will make me as perfect product to the company. I feel proud to be Jkshim’s product I will make Jkshim proud having a student like me. My hobbies are following current affairs, reading books, making crafts, painting.I started  reading books two years before I read  fiction stories and a recent book I have read the autobiography of Gandhiji the story of my experiments with truth. I have read only because I had curiosity, every time people use to criticize Gandhiji after being criticized his image was in our Indian rupees. Painting I did many sketches and painting I do it in leisure times.

Hello, I'm shalini .First of all, I thank Rita mam who gave me a wonderful  opportunity and next to my parents who had supported me in all my struggle times. I’m a kind of girl I make people laugh for silly jokes of mine. I worked for few months under chartered accountant K.Ashok.In this company, I got many opportunities to explore myself and to understand and to learn things. Right now I’m doing my Mba in Jkshim.I have studied  in various towns which gave me opportunities to learn different languages, customs, traditions and cultures and also I come to know mingle with people. Before coming here My dream was to join finance based company or securities exchange company may be Bombay stock exchange. My

role model was my father and also Vivekananda. Why father because he inspired me throughout life, to do every simple and small work. Every time he always says me that no work is small or big you must trust yourself to make a company proud. So I believe in myself and work. So I joined a CA office.The salary was not much but also worked hard from morning to evening I use work for that they pay me 3k PM.I like observing people how do I react to things and all. I like making friends and talking to an unknown when I feel lonely. I like to cook and painting and my crafts. I like to do crafts most of my time. I forget the things easily. From my childhood days if any person scolds me I cry and sleep when I’m wake up I don’t remember what happened sometimes I even forgot who I’m.But forgetting things helped me a lot whenever someone hurts me after a good sleep I  forget everything start my new day. It became my habit. My habits are I wake up at 6’clock in the morning and do all my work by 7.40 and go to college read newspaper, saying hello to everyone.Jkshim made me take  responsibility  and made me how to deal with hell situations. In jkshim everyone are so kind each and everyone helped in one or the other situation. Our class has unity and everyone supported me.

CHILDHOOD DAYS IN ASSAM

BEGINNING DAYS:

Assam it a nice place and pure hearted people live there. Actually, I was born in Mangalore. Basically, I’m from Sagar. At the age of six, I shifted to Assam. I stayed there for two years. Assam was the coldest place weather conditions were completely opposite from that of Mangalore. After coming to Assam, I came into connection with new people from their onwards my life has begun. Daily I use to meet new people and new things.

SCHOOL DAYS  : 

I joined the school. Now also, I remembered while joining a school they interviewed me and that was my first interview which I have attended. After joining, I met classmates after sometimes we became close, converted into a relation of friendship. As everything was new to me language and learning techniques were also new to me. Assamese was difficult subject to me and drawing was my favorite subject. But I loved the teacher who taught me Assamese because she invested her more time in teaching me. My childhood was different from others.

UNIQUE FROM OTHERS:

I was not like others, who spend more of their childhood in playing or watching television or roaming behind the mom. My morning starts from climbing Hibiscus tree to pluck the flowers to God. Then getting ready for school, later I didn’t go by school bus. The place was new to my family, my father kept a maid to drop and pick from school, and bring groceries etc. Daily she uses to drop and pick me from school. I go with her she opts walking more than going by bus. While walking, we have to cross many streets. And a market is on the way to school so while coming back to home from school she would buy the vegetables. She is an expert in bargaining, I loved to observe when she is bargaining with a vendor. I think from her or someone else ,however I learnt Hindi. But the sad thing is I didn’t learn Assamese. I was spending more time with her.

 INTERESTING PLACE NEVER SEEN BEFORE:

Maid’s  house was at the top of the city .Most of Sundays and Saturdays I go to her house and spend more of time there. I loved her house even its roof has no guarantee and there was no power supply over there. But I liked a view from her house over a city. I liked nature wind blows continuously. I came to know weather also differs even at the distance of 10km from my house. From her house cloud ,a sun looks clearer and you feel like you are touching a sky. My days were passing in this way; I was good at sports I got many prizes.Academic was not so good mother kept tuition teacher but he use beat me in cable wire. Except,from this I loved my childhood days a lot.
